Client Relationship Manager Irven, worked with us for about a week and a half until we were fully satisfied with the issues we were experiencing going live with our rates. He was very patient and professional with everyone he spoke with at our resort. Cannot say enough positive things about Irven!

Our personal issue dealt with restrictions not carrying over to a specific 3rd party site. Maybe if other properties experience this as well starting a 3 way call with 3rd party site, Jonas Chroum staff, and hotel staff. This is ultimately what resolved our issue personally.
