Portier helps make life a lot easier for us, the hotel, to communicate to guests. Best of all is that it is paperless and reduces the amount of paper/ printout on promotions, information etc.
Portier is real time. Things updated are instantly push out on all devices.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
Whilst Portier 2.0 UI is much better - cleaner with more options on layout the endless scrolling may not work too well when you have a large database of content. Some may be buried low in the "page" and guest might not scroll down far enough to see it. The good thing is that Portier do listen and make the needed change to perfect the users' experience better.
