Thanks also for your suggestions. One of the multiple improvements we made this year was on the user creation. Now it’s easier to create and group users and give each group the right access level and permissions. If you can’t create users yet, your account may not have the user rights needed. As for help inside the app, we recently launched Hub OS Academy. You’ll find it next to the support icon in the top right corner.
