アカウントマネージャーは素晴らしく、カスタマーサポートも電話がつながれば親切に対応してくれます。しかし、もしホテルのソフトウェアプロバイダーをもう一度選べるとしたら、ルームマスタークラウドは絶対に選びません。
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
インターフェースは非常に古く、直感的ではなく、動作も遅いです。ここ3回のカスタマーサポートへの電話は、ピーク時以外でも簡単なサポートを受けるのに25分から40分も待たされました。サポート担当者と話ができれば対応はとても良いのですが、待ち時間がひどすぎます！
