Hello shift has brought a big improvement to out customer service skills here at the hotel, t he text messaging app is great, and guest are loving it!
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
I would say the timing on replying back to the guest can be updated , here at the hotel we get busy at times and to be given some extra time to reply back to guest should be better.
