a. is fully -and deeply- integrated with our Payment Platform (Adyen)
b. is easily and flexible linked with our external financial system
c. supports the customer journey just fine
d. various reports are possible, even online and in a real time way!
e. and last but not least has a very competent bunch of people in support
Clock is a great enhancement to our previous systems.
We know the basis of our financial System is based on data in Clock, and can be trusted. Our audit trail is easy to make. The same applies to the Payment Platform with reservations online and billing of customers.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
Although the report section is very good, perhaps statistics and a dashboard of KPI's could have an added value. In some ways we are still learning to use Clock fully in its possibilities. We also expect Clock to learn from us - the hoteliers- to keep the system more than up to date. No further suggestions, keep up the good work!
