Nothing. We have tried other sites and have not liked them as much. Glad we tried Hello Shift first to set the bar. (review updated 12/21/18)
Original review 5/10/18: Once and a while there is a time delay in the message. It could be our internet though. Maybe an auto "message read" sign so you know your message was read without a reply. HelloShift always works and you can even view reviews left by guests to improve scores as a team.
