Not much. The recent update to include dynamic rates was the best thing so far. I don't enjoy using this product.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
*Configuration is HORRIBLE, especially with regards to rates. Requiring rate sets, rate headers, rate plans, rate calendars... it goes on and on. Simplify this, PLEASE!
* The dynamic feature add is still not very user friendly.
* Cannot customize characters for Market Segmentation (only 1 character, pick a letter?!) OR yielding. SO complicated.
* Have to take ALL guest information and create a reservation in order to find out if/what rate restrictions are. Horrible for customer service. This should be in the rate calculator.
* Limited reporting options.
* system server goes down frequently and support needs to be contacted often in order to restart & push rates back through to our CRS.
I walked in to a new property as a revenue manager who needed to comprehend the former RM's configuration. It has been like trying to learn a foreign language, and not a different operating system. I have had to learn several new operating systems before and this has been, by far, the most complicated one.
