サービスは常に非常に良好です。昼夜を問わずほぼいつでも対応し、折り返しの電話も非常に迅速です。ソフトウェアは直感的で一貫性があります。使い始めてから一度も「ダウン」したことがなく、機能強化もタイムリーかつバグなしで行われています。まさに必要な機能をすべて備えています。
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
ソフトウェアに自動医療（AI）価格設定などの追加サービスが組み込まれていると嬉しいです。コールセンターやレポートアプリなど、他のアプリケーションとの連携も強化されると嬉しいです。また、リワードプログラムの機能強化も期待しています。この点は改善の余地があります。
