Room Master is gebruiksvriendelijk en ik werk er graag mee. De klantenservice is soms wat lastig te bereiken, maar tot nu toe is het probleem altijd opgelost.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Bereikbaarheid van de klantenservice bij noodgevallen. Soms, tijdens het inchecken, loopt ons creditcardsysteem vast en krijgen we alleen een antwoordapparaat te horen.
