Good to get to know what the guests consider our strengths and weaknesses. Good to be able to communicate with the guests. Good to be able to compare with other hotels in our chain. Awakens the competitor in ourselves. Good to be able to see the score on departmentlevel.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Unfortunate that when comparing with other hotels, no minimum amount of reviews is demanded before you´re in the "competition" with other hotels. It's enough to have one top-score review to be in the lead for the whole month.

Thank you so much for your review! Regarding the minimum amount of reviews I completely see your point; there is however a color coding system, if a hotel name is marked with red it means they haven't collected enough e-mail addresses to their guests for the results to be considered statistically relevant (but might still be at the top of the list even if they're marked red). I'd like to welcome you to contact our support e-mail with a concrete example of the issue you're mentioning, and we'll have a closer look if there is any report where this is not clear enough.
