Als er een probleem was, reageerden ze zeer snel en losten ze het probleem ook op. Ze bellen ook altijd als dat nodig is.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Op dit moment zie ik dat ze gewoon doorgaan met wat ze doen. Er is geen sprake van verbetering. Ze willen alleen dat de klant tevreden is en dat er tijdig voor hen wordt gezorgd.
