Roommaster is geweldig. Ze hebben gebruiksvriendelijke functies die je direct bij de hand hebt. De medewerkers van de klantenservice zijn altijd erg behulpzaam.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Snellere reactie op supporttickets of een medewerker die de telefoon opneemt in plaats van een AI-bot. Bellen en moeten wachten is zenuwslopend.
