Wat vind je het leukst?
KI-gebaseerde aanbevelingen - de meeste huidige gebruikte systemen zijn beperkt tot een algoritme op basis van vaste waarden, maar niet Hotellistat. Tariefaanbevelingen worden aangestuurd door KI, waardoor het systeem snel en eenvoudig kan reageren op marktsituaties en veranderingen. De verschillende manieren om strategieën en verschillende aanbevelingen te bouwen, zelfs op huisniveau of kamerniveau, stellen de gebruiker in staat om verschillende manieren uit te proberen om bezetting, tarieven, RevPar en TrevPar te optimaliseren. Tariefwinkelgegevens zijn zeer nauwkeurig, een beperkt aantal realtime winkels is ook mogelijk om de meest voorkomende en belangrijkste websites te controleren. Het bedrijf zelf is echt innovatief en staat altijd open voor ideeën en uitwisselingen hoe het systeem verder kan worden ontwikkeld.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
De set-up van kamer-/tariefafleidingen is momenteel erg complex, afhankelijk van het gebruikte PMS-systeem. Het zou geweldig zijn om tariefshoppinggegevens beschikbaar te hebben in verschillende weergaven, niet alleen met grafieken, maar ook in een tabelformaat.
