Happier customer - Less frustration when problems come up relating to a physical key. We used to have 2 keys, one to access the main door which everyone had the same key, the other to access individual apartments.
Safety of our customers and apartments! Much greater safety by no longer having keyboxes that could easily be illegally accessed. Additionally lost keys would cause a threat and added workload of changing the locks.
The checkout process is safer and simpler by “logging out” of the apartment.
