Their bot is such a great help and a brilliant sales channel. Bot can answed a myriad of questions that our guests repeteadly have over the phone or email or other channels. Even though the information is available on our website. The Bot frees up so much time from our front desk team and our guests get their answers instantly. Win-win! We previously used their service desk service as well and this was something. So talented and knowledgeable team that we basically had no need to interfere in any chat discussions. They had it covered.
And Hotelways's bot and especially the team sees every opportunity to sell! And most often they are able to close the deal as well.
If any issues or requests regarding the functionality, those are always sorted in a flash.

It has to do with company policies, but granting service desk team access to PMS they could handle reservation requests and changes til the end.
