I used to previously use TrustYou, but have switched to RepUp because I've found that RepUp's features allow me much more control over my property's reputation. Also, I feel like the benefits of the RepUp platform cannot be understated, including the single dasboard reply to many OTAs & review websites. The Customer Success team is extremely helpful and has ensured a smooth transition. I could not be happier with the RepUp product and services. I would defintiely reccomend RepUp to anyone looking for a Reputaiton Management Platform.

So far, I have not come across any glaring issues. Sometimes, extended yearly reports can take a little time to generate.
