パスワード入力の失敗回数が多すぎて、RMからロックアウトされてしまいました。本当に最悪でした！ 幸い、Paulinaのおかげですぐに簡単に復旧できました。ありがとうございます！

システムに不具合があります。頻繁に停止やクラッシュが発生し、支払いが二重に計上されることも珍しくありません。先週も同じことが起こりました。お客様は電話で報告して修正してもらわなければならず、これは私たちの評判に悪影響です。以前にもこの問題に対処したことがあります。基本的に私たちのやり方が間違っていると言われました。本当ですか？
