We completely understand your point regarding negative reviews. You can add specific instructions for this under Listings → Besonderheiten und Fakten, for example defining when the AI should respond more neutrally or not agree with certain points of criticism. We don’t apply one general rule across the entire system, as different hotels prefer different approaches to handling critical feedback.
For automated publishing, you can also define which star ratings should be answered automatically, for example only 4- and 5-star reviews or only 5-star reviews. Of course, a positive star rating can still contain critical feedback, and our autopost currently doesn’t use sentiment analysis to automatically identify these cases. This is something we’re looking to improve in the future.
