They allow you to create personalized, fully customizable dashboards that can consolidate data across properties, apply specific filters, and allows you to choose from more than 60 different KPIs and indexes in a single view.
Regarding your request to combine in-stay and post-stay survey results, we generally recommend viewing these metrics side by side rather than merging them into a single average. While both are valuable, they measure different stages of the guest journey. With Dynamic Dashboards, you can easily monitor both sets of results alongside your online reputation metrics to gain a more complete picture of guest satisfaction.
