How Implementing Price Optimization Outperformed EMA House KPIs
With the hospitality industry undergoing seismic shifts during the pandemic, EMA House early understood they needed to adapt to survive. The first step was to find ways to streamline workflows and reduce their overhead, this is when Jonathan came in contact with Atomize.
Streamline and automate workflows: EMA House's objective was to make workflows more efficient by improving the systems they were using. A PMS and RMS that had a seamless integration and didn't leave a lot of manual work to the team.
Improve business forecast: Changing from using historical data and competitor insights to predict future business and set prices to instead looking into the future and utilizing forward-looking data to set prices and forecast.
Improve our KPIs: EMA House needed a solution that would optimize prices to help capture more bookings with optimal rates and outperform RevPAR and ADR as a result.
