We are older and not especially computer/program savvy operators. Once in a while an agent will use terminology that we don't understand. Other than that, we have no complaints. The program is always been updated and we appreciate it.

Need to be able to have tiered rates by length of stays on each room type. Major loss of revenue due to only a 1 tiered rate bracket for each room type. Credit card security is lacking. Have to spend needless money on outside vendor for extra credit card security.
