Teams can manage tentative holds, identify scheduling conflicts, filter spaces by capacity and configuration, and coordinate multi-room or multi-day events without relying on disconnected calendars.

Joinways also includes a branded proposal and quotation builder. Teams can create proposals using approved pricing catalogs, room information, photos, catering menus, AV packages, optional upgrades, discounts, and taxes. Digital signatures, amendments, reminders, online deposits, and document tracking streamline the process from proposal to confirmed booking.
