What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Excellent product which utilises AI and Human responses to assist with replying to reviews. It takes information from the review and uses that to create an appropriate response to our guests, for negative reviews - a human does a response to the reviews.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

HotelSpeaker does a personalised response by using AI or a human response which is then sent to us allowing to click yes/no or amend and saves a huge amount of time for our front office teams and increases the amount of time our team can spend with guests.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

This software allows your teams to spend more time with guests front facing, by using AI to automate personalised responses to reviews, reducing the amount of time FO teams spend writing reviews. You have full autonomy over the responses and they do not get published without a member of the hotel pressing go.
