It should end convos after check out. It seems messages stay in the system so long and eventually affects your overall performance score. Thats what i think can improve.

Kipsu allows us to offer another way to provide great service to our guests. We have seen much improvement in our guest satisfaction scores since installing. We also use it to communicate with the hotel staff to let them know about upcoming deadlines, meetings etc. It is highly effective and the staff loves it!

That the text number that appears on peoples phone just shows the phone number and not the company name. Not sure there is a way to resolve this or not. Would like if Kipsu were to allow for attachments in the "In-House" feature - there are times where we would like to text things like schedules to employees and there is no feature that I know of to allow for this.

Kipsu allows us to offer another way to provide great service to our guests. We have seen much improvement in our guest satisfaction scores since installing. Kipsu is a good platform to enhance the guest experience. Your team must be engaged in the program or it can become a negative experience for the guest.

The product itself is great. You need to ensure that your organization and team are committed the program. If they aren't then the guest can be left without timely responses which defeats the purpose of the program.

Working at a busy hotel, Kipsu makes it easy to serve the guest in front of you as well as the guest you are messaging by offering customizable quick replies that make it easy to respond to kipsu guests while working behind the front desk.

I have found that when searching for archived messages sometimes the search function does not pull up any results. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient when using that function.

Game Changer. Operates significantly better on Google Chrome so be sure that you have that installed ahead of time. Major key to launching within hotel is getting the front desk agents comfortable with collecting mobile number at check in and explaining the service. If i could do it all over again i would have trained this for a week before launching software.

I wish the software integrated better with our existing systems but understand that this is probably out of Kipsu’s control. I would like a live leaderboard so we could see the ranking based on Avg. Response Time, Conversations Participated or Score.

Kipsu makes it easy and simple to connect with our guests in a very accessible way that they are familiar with and expect--text message! Its a really nice service touch that a guest can connect with us while they are venturing out in the city and we can assist at anytime.

The more we go with text messaging the direct interaction with our guest are disappearing. On the one hand guests prefer this means of communication so thats great but on the other it does feel a bit like it is limiting the direct connection one can have with our guest.

This is the best software I've used to communicate with guests. The ability to quickly and effectively communicate with guests both arriving and in-house is extremely helpful and invaluable.
Kipsu is very user friendly and easy to communicate with guests. Guests nowadays would like to text someone rather than giving the operator a call. When there is a complaint or compliment, the guests can send a picture as well so it's very helpful. The down side is, it takes a little while to connect and update with Opera, so we have to wait at least 10 min after we input phone number in Opera to use Kipsu unless we add the phone number into Kipsu to begin with.
- Really like the ability to receive pictures
- Easy to communicate with guests
- Much more effective way to communicate and send in room messages to guests

Overall I would highly recommend Kipsu but a few things they could improve
- Time of updates from Opera (PMS) system
- The ability to send pictures back to the guests
- Even if we directly add a phone number inside Kipsu, it should update with Opera for room number
