The concept is amazing and when utilized to it's fullest has numerous benefits to the business and their audience. The eagerness of the Aavgo team to provide a superior product is evident and much appreciated.

Realizing that this is still a budding business and growing pains are to be expected, the technical glitches need to be addressed more quickly followed by a review with clients to address said issues.

The tablet has helped our guest to quickly communicate with our staff. As a result we have been able to quickly address guest concerns and monitor the progress of events. We are reaching out to the newer generations who appreciate this tool which other properties are yet to catch up with.

The tablet has helped our guest to quickly communicate with our staff. As a result we have been able to quickly address guest concerns and monitor the progress of events. We are reaching out to the newer generations who appreciate this tool which other properties are yet to catch up with.
What I like most is that it is a great service of communication that will provide them with faster service. I like that we can easily track when rooms are being serviced. All in all it is definitely a great tool to have.

The only reason why this was not a 5 star in my opinion is the power on and off of tablet. Power on took quite a bit of time before something showed up on the screen. Other than that it's a great added feature to our services.

It would be great if it had more integration with our PM system. Also the tablets seem a little on the fragile side so just a little concerned on how long they will last.

Only one tone in use to communicate all alerts (Different tones would be nice to alert us of housekeeping status, guest needs, and maintenance alerts).
No one-touch emergency alert on devices for staff.

The system is still new and there are features not rolled out just yet. With is being so new there have been some hiccups along the way but everyone has been very professional and have worked through the kinks.

This software has been very beneficial with our hotel staff communication and for our guests to request items or even simply communicate with the front desk about anything that they need while staying at our property.
The management and tech teams are genuinely responsive to our hotel-specific requests. Guests enjoy the value-added ability of ordering refreshments, towels, and other items from the convenience of their room. The system is still relatively new to our location. We are continuing to evaluate it's potential in improving efficiency and positive guest response. Any changes have been identified in previous survey questions.

I would like the system to allow for a discretionary Open and Close time for guests to make requests. Too early in the morning might run into departures and too late in the evening may impact risk management.
Remove post departure communications or move them to an archive.

Great experience so far with the product and the Aavgo support team (we have had the system for 60 days). We just recently rolled out the system and support was there at every step to assist. Review how this could improve you internal and guest communications as well as positive impacts on service.

We have not had any issues with the system thus far. The only challenges for the hotel have been guests unplugging the charger.
Feature Request:
Add more content to the tablet. Find a way for guests to check emails or surf the web would improve the experience.
