The way I can see all my reservations together and how I can put together personalized and automated thank you emails and confirmations as well as billing reminders. This system helps me stay on top of the most important part of my biz.

Some of the hours of the service people are difficult - no weekend coverage - but that has not been an issue since the system is user friendly and once they held my hand through the beginning learning process - which was challenging I admit - I have not had any problems. So weekends are fine without them!!

The product let us easily integrate with our website for online bookings and with Tripadvisor and Expedia for direct bookings through their sites. We have a restaurant on the site as well, and it's easy to do all billings for a customers stay through the software. Being able to easily manage multiple price periods (high season, low season) for individual rooms is a great feature.

It would be nice to see multiple language support in the admin section as we have several native Spanish speakers working for us. The admin section could also be a little more user friendly for a novice user.

I feel that sometimes it takes a little longer than I would like to get a return call. I would like to be able to get an operator when I call in instead of having to wait for a call back.

Generally easy to use, and Support team is very responsive to questions, glitches, etc. Great to be able to access all properties in one account with toggle functionality.

Would be great to have more flexibility in creating packages, promotions, as well as full visibility through 3rd party API (e.g., seeing the performance of a Facebook ad click through to property website click through to Front Desk Anywhere booking engine).
