أُقدّر خدمة دعم العملاء التي تُقدّمها M3. فهي سريعة الاستجابة دائمًا، عادةً في غضون ساعات قليلة، ولم أنتظر يومًا واحدًا بعد اليوم التالي. يُرسلون تأكيدًا على استلام طلب الدعم، ما يُؤكد وصوله إلى الجهة المختصة. أجد أن الدعم مُبسّط وسهل الفهم، ويُقدّمون حلولًا مُفصّلة خطوة بخطوة لمعظم المشاكل.
ما الذي لا يعجبك أو تعتقد أنه يمكن تحسينه؟
أعتقد أنه يمكن تحسين خاصية إرفاق الصور بالفواتير، وكذلك إرفاق نماذج W9. كما أقترح إضافة إمكانية تغيير عناوين الحقول في أقسام الفاتورة.
