كنت قادرًا على رفع ملفات إكسل وتنزيلها لـ Velixo. كما تمكنت من إجراء الإدخالات المتكررة. كما استطعت ربط الإدخالات اليومية.

أردت حذف بعض جداول الإدخالات المتكررة التي لا أستطيع حذفها. لا أحب عندما تُسجل فواتير الدفع على مورد أو تاريخ خاطئ، لا أستطيع تغييرها، الآن يجب علي عكسها وإنشاء واحدة جديدة.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad that you appreciate seamless excel uploads and downloads, recurring entries, and daily entry mapping. We understand how frustrating it is when you can't perform the task you want. We are reaching out to you directly to offer some additional training. To clarify HIA functionality, Recurring Transaction Schedules which have already been run are not designed to be deleted. This is so that the history behind the entries stays intact. You can still stop a schedule from creating new transactions by inactivating it. If you need to change or remove individual invoices or journal entries that a schedule created, you can do that directly on each transaction. For payable invoices that were posted with the wrong vendor or date, reversing and re-entering the invoice keeps your audit trail complete and your books accurate. We know it adds a step, and we’d be happy to show you the quickest way to do it. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve how we support our users.
