They never sit back - Developing a relationship with a supplier who really understands our needs and actively discusses our future needs with us

- The ability to send campaign style messages to individuals or small one off groups without the need to create a new bespoke message group - The ability to easily resend a campaign or survey to team members who have not opened the message without setting up a new campaign or survey - All platforms can have limits, the important factor for us is that feedback is always taken on board and genuine efforts are made to rectify issues, push capabilities and feedback to the product development team which happens
