This is a very convenient way to communicate with guests! It also helps guests communicate with the guest services team as well.

When sending pre-arrival texts, the list of guests arriving for the day also includes guests arriving on future dates. We try our best to double check before sending the text but sometimes, we don't catch all of them. This causes confusion for some guests and makes them think that they booked for the wrong day.

Hi Christine! Thanks for your review. For your site, the pre-arrival list shows guests arriving the next day as well. This is a setting that can be changed. I'll contact you to show how to change this.
