Hello Stephanie, Thank so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I know with your hotel preparing to reopen soon, you are incredibly busy! I am so glad to hear the messaging platform has been a hit with your guests. It must have been especially challenging with opening, closing, and opening again so to be able to quickly communicate with your guests over the channel of their choice must have been key. As to the concierge piece, we have definitely been listening. Lots of great things coming in the next two quarters. And we definitely want you to be able to manage changes to your users onsite. We first wanted to redesign the different levels of administrators before providing individual hotels with access, especially with Single SignOn in the mix. But we will offer you a workaround which will enable you to manage your users. I will reach out to you. :) Thank you once again for your kind words. Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We know what a crazy busy time it is opening a hotel so your efforts are truly appreciated. And thank you also for your feedback! It's how we learn and improve. I will be sure to let our VP of Product hear your feedback on the calendar layout although funny enough, we heard the opposite from another London hotel so we'll work on striking a happy balance for all. And don't worry, some of the more traditional confirmations are in our roadmap as well. But good shout to remind us about travel agents and vendor communication. I enjoy the functionality and reliability. There are cool features when adding others to a message. The members have enjoyed using the app and it makes life easier than making long phone calls for simple requests and updates.

We're very happy that our Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) is being enjoyed by both you and your members. We think it's pretty cool too! As to the character limit, thanks for mentioning it too. Whilst you do receive a warning of 180 character limits, it is actually more of a guideline. Most people like to keep chat messages short and quick. However, we know at times you may need to share something more in detail. You may continue to write a lengthier response, the character count will continue to rise but it will not prevent you from sending your message. We hope this helps! Hi Valentina, Thank you for your continued support. We are pleased to introduce a preview of the new iOS staff application, we appreciate all your feedback in regards to the app and are happy to highlight some of the new features: - You can now use FaceID or Touch ID to login, making it quicker and easier for you to respond to those incoming messages with ease. - Updated login screen design, no need to collapse the keyboard to access both the username and password field. - Tap Tap Tap....yep that's right clicking on the notification will now take you right into the conversation it was sent from. - Push notifications will show if you receive a message from another customer while in another conversation....oh yeah and you can tap that too to quickly navigate to the other conversation. - Unlike Tinder....swipe right and you'll leave that conversation behind....so don't get confused and swipe right when you should have gone left! - Ok ok that's enough....need a break from the notifications after your shift over the weekend? Yeah we get it we all need a break, just tap your name in the top left hand corner and log out. Notifications will then be paused until you next log back in allowing you to enjoy that Mojito and the sunset. Vickie and Team Alliants
