Our guests are impressed by the guest engagement feature and pre-arrival text to notify us for any special requests. Streamlines communication not only internally but with guests as well. (updated review) Review on 1/17/2018: HelloShift has allowed us to streamline and add accountability around our communication. The built in sales CRM ensures the sales department stays connected as well and no business falls through the cracks. Ultimately we've found we are responding to guest requests faster and more accurately, resulting in improved reputation.

At this time I don't think anything could be improved. Our hotels have benefitting from utilizing the platform. (updated review) Review on 1/17/2018: We evaluated all of the major platforms before deciding on this one and don't have any real negatives. Hopefully they continue to add features that helps us be more efficient. I'd like to respond to my social reviews (TripAdvisor) within the platform. It would be nice to manage that side of the business from within the platform as well.
