Hotelkit is easy to use on every device. Hotelkit enables collaboration among employees, who do not have an email address. This means all employees have direct access to internal communications. Moreover, the different tools ensure a smooth operation throughout all departments. These allow it to setup easy processes for different tasks - like maintenance requests, room moves, complaints, rooms service orders, etc.... to ensure that employees can focus on the guest experience. With Hotelkit you can also track your work orders, complaints, etc.... It also prevents loss of knowledge once an employee leaves the company. New employees can easily catch-up and have access to the necessary information. Hotelkit is offering various integrations which enables seamless operations through various third party systems.

It would be great if each Hotelkit user could decide in which language they will use it and Hotelkit is translating the content automatically. Moreover, a synchronisation between Outlook calendar and Hotelkit calendar would be helpful.
