Love how easy the booking chart is to read. Very user friendly software. Also love the built in channel integration with the OTA's. When we were researching new PMS systems, they offered the most options for the most affordable price.

Since we use owner accounting, there is usually only 1 person in the company that can help us with technical issues. He is awesome & always takes great care of us but lives in Australia so there is always a bit of a time delay. It would be helpful if more of the support staff were trained in that aspect of the software.
