The results:
Noel credits Pricepoint with a 12% RevPAR lift, and occupancy held at about 80% across 2024 and 2025. That means the gain came from charging the right price each night, not from selling more rooms. Rates now update all day instead of once a day, priced for the whole hotel rather than room by room. The hotel also runs without Noel day to day, which was the plan from the start.
-
12% RevPAR lift: Noel credits Pricepoint with growing revenue per available room by 12%.
-
Occupancy held at 80%: Occupancy was 80.67% in 2024 and 80.30% in 2025, so the gain came from better rates, not more rooms sold.
-
Pricing runs itself: Rates now update all day for the whole hotel, so Noel can go weeks without talking to his manager.
