Thynk is being very calculated about going to market in North America. They are really listening to the customer here, and are transparent about what the product currently does and the roadmap. The market is ripe for disruption, and Thynk is the company who is leading this, in my opinion.
They are fully invested in their partnership with salesforce, which will hopefully help with scalability and consistency. The leadership team is very engaged and positive. They are fully invested in their partnership with salesforce, which will hopefully help with scalability and consistency. The leadership team is very engaged and positive. The team is committed to hearing what the market wants and are asking the right questions of legacy Delphi customers who need a more modern system.
The team should plan and commit to change management when migrating to a new system. Ultimately, they will benefit from a more modern sales & catering system, but adopting technology takes time, patience and commitment from all team members.
