A very simple but efficient tool to track your reviews for your hotel online and manage your online reputation. The company loads all your previous customer reviews onto the software: including all OTA (Booking, Expedia, Tripadvisor) and your Google my business reviews and you can start using the tool straight away. The software company Nivula does all the installation for you and it is done immediately once you sign up. There is a month of free trial so you get plenty of time to test out the software. Then the fee is $99 per month but so worth it as you don't have to worry to check your reviews on different website. All your reviews are visibile in one place, which all the positive feedbacks given by the customers and all the negative feedbacks. Its is very easy to act on the negative feedbacks as they are color coded and you can tell your staff to intervene straight away on what is not going well in your hotel. This helps you avoid more negative customer feedback and helps you with better future feedback and high rankings on the Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The Reputation software dashboard is very easy to understand and you can identify what needs your attention in your hotel straight away. One dashboard to view all your reviews in one place. Very straight forward and easy to use. The Nivula team is great and helps you every step of the way and can answer your doubts. I would strongly recommend to install this software if you have a hotel or and airbnb or vacation rental apartments. Nivula software company has a lot of experience in the hospitality sector so that is why I chose them and the price for the software is very honest and the software fits the purpose of what is needed by a hotel to managed ones reputation online and increase points on the OTA ranking lists. Great value for money!

I have been suing this tool and for now I cannot see what needs improvement. Seems everything is working as per the softwares description.

I use Reputation by Nivula on a daily basis because it allows me to monitor and manage all the reviews regardless of the channel they come from with a single tool, this allows me to be timely in responding to the Customer and to immediately identify and resolve any problems reported by the Guests
