As a head who has being used Trustyou since 2014, you are not succesfull to use AI, your algoritym which you use to detect sentiment is awful. I copy the reviews fromTrustyou and paste in Chat GPT to understand what is exact cons and pros point of our hotels. You do not have someone real to whom we can share our feedback. I spent too much effort to find someone to claim, advice or request but even he or she mentions you, you do not care. Please do not sent any e mail to collect feedbacks because you do not care them. I haven't seen any e mail from your side to understand what I mean, to listen what I'm requesting, to track what I really need.
