The one piece of advice I would give to hotels considering a solution, I would suggest to see as many as possible that would allow you to make a better decision. It is always useful to compare and contrast.

What do you like most?
I like the option to customize every widget and scale..It reduces the time to analyze the data and provides a smooth easy comparison in the tool very quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Alert section should be improved, I believe this should not be under settings in a more visible area. I could not set an alert for myself due to errors :(

What do you like most?
The collection of reviews in one overview, statistics and ease of responding. Also I had contact with Vlad the last few times and he responses quickly and adequately to my requests. Nice guy!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Removing example responses of other companies. Since there are many of them, some even specific to certain hotels, this is unhandy. Just maintaining our own would be better.
