What do you like most?
Ease and speed of updates. Review translation. Tools helping to keep track of read/unread reviews, to tag them as favorites and to share with staff & start actions depending on the review content. But above all the Business Intelligence interactive dashboards to analyze customer satisfaction, trends, weakness and strength points etc
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I cant really think of what could be added, I honestly think the service has more features than I actually use. Maybe a better user/team permission management, but they assured me it is coming
