I love how intuitive the platform is. The scheduling function for contracts and invoices. The team visibility and collaboration - dashboards. It is easy to use, it is immediately applicable, and it ensures client accountability.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be really great if there was a way to create automated, editable, savable, message templates or signatures that ROH adds the client information to. This would save a lot of time when writing out the messages for contracts, invoices, and other requests.

I enjoy how intuitive it is, at the same time that I can still manually make edits. I like that I am able to schedule deposits and know when clients added their payment details and information and that they can choose how it's more convenient for them to pay. Also the option of getting notified when information is added or payments are completed is very helpful and streamlines processes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a feature where taxes can be calculated automatically depending on city, state and type of property - it is my understanding that an option for this might be happening in the near future. I believe this would add to the seamless experience the platform sets out to offer. I would also like to see an option where, if you are complexed, you can toggle more easily between properties (like a drop-down menu, for example). Maybe integration with the other software that is being used could be something to be considered in the future as well.

I like that we have a central system to have all the contracts, signature documents and payments stored. Its very convenient for us to deal with our clients when it comes to collecting payments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Card Authorization without charging would be a nice feature, Overall, the platform has been great to work with, it’s streamlined a lot of our processes. I did want to share a couple of suggestions that could make it even more efficient for hotel teams like ours: Authorization Card Option (Without Charging) – It would be very helpful to have an option to securely authorize a credit card without processing a charge right away. This would allow us to hold payment details in advance for groups or events without requiring an immediate transaction. API Integration with Salesforce/Delphi A live API sync between ROH and Salesforce or Delphi would be a huge time-saver. Since we input all our financial data and client details into Delphi, a real-time connection would eliminate duplicate entry and help maintain accurate, up-to-date records across systems.
