The v5 and also the v6 (just tested) are mostly built on legacy architectural designs using Java as main tech part (and here not even the highest version) which limits the application without any reason. ...

* good overview of the prices to sell for the team * good overview of the invoice details and easy handling * of course the costumer service :)

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

If the upsell is canceled in opera, this should also be automatically canceled in Nor1. That the employees are displayed in the overview for possible allocation despite the unsold upsell

What do you like most?

Easy to use PMS to handle all Reservations, Events etc. Good report selection as well for Management Reviews. We're quite happy with provided Options.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

When drawing Reports in Excel, Format is sometimes off. And the more you individualize it with interfaces, the more Bugs there are likely to be.

What do you like most?

The software (V5 and Cloud) is very user-friendly and is therefore easy to operate. This also ensures that new employees can be trained quickly. The support reacts quickly and always tries to solve issues...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

In V5 there are often updates with required downtime. These are usually registered at very short notice. It would be nice if these could be better planned.

What do you like most?

- The connection to the vendors (interfaces) - Our Account Manager - she´s always very helpful - the huge amount of reports within Opera - the Project Manager from Oracle.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

-the support - need to wait more than a month for answering my tickets. -Layout from Opera 5.5. Not really up to date anymore - the speed from Opera. Everything is very slow

- Oracle Hospitality products fulfills all our operations and back office requirements. - The consistency of the Oracle Hospitality products at top level compared to other products.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

- I think Oracle Hospitality should come up with more add-on functionalities to server the industry needs, this will reduce the clients to select 3rd party applications and its integrations.
