What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Big difference is that they are breaking down barriers for innovation. OHIP offers thousands of open sourced APIs covering all he Opera PMS aspects. The documentation, open APIs, and the great support makes a great experience for third parties such us and the support and response is excellent.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

With OHIP it opens the playing field for further innovation in the hotel technology with new tech solutions like Guestmate. So I recommend to move to Opera Cloud in case you want to introduce innovative solutions more easily and cost effective within the digital transformation journey.
