Exceptional support and customer service. Any questions or Oracle issues we have are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Nothing. The support is very good. One item that would be helpful is a direct link to level 2 support for critical issues.

The Opera solution has worked for us excellent, very functional and practical, at the moment we have as standard of our properties

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Something the support, and that they give more to know the Opera tool and its functionalities, utilities that allow to do things that other systems do not.

* good overview of the prices to sell for the team * good overview of the invoice details and easy handling * of course the costumer service :)

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

If the upsell is canceled in opera, this should also be automatically canceled in Nor1. That the employees are displayed in the overview for possible allocation despite the unsold upsell

What do you like most?

Easy to use PMS to handle all Reservations, Events etc. Good report selection as well for Management Reviews. We're quite happy with provided Options.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

When drawing Reports in Excel, Format is sometimes off. And the more you individualize it with interfaces, the more Bugs there are likely to be.
