These purchases take place automatically and our reception only receives email information about the reservation of the stay or the purchase of a gift voucher. These processes take place automatically without our cooperation. Of course, it is necessary to have the system well set up, the offer of accommodation and stay packages must be wide, so that the guest has the opportunity to choose the most suitable stay."
