For example, the Director can schedule staffing and maintenance more efficiently, impacting underlying profitability and therefore achieve not only the Budget but the GOP. Franco Grasso's revenue management system combines the extraction of data on rates and occupancy patterns, creates a suitable strategy for Peak, high and low seasons, last minute strategies and understanding the behavior of OTA and WEB customers to our hotel, all things that help us achieve our goals (Budget results). Thanks to the results obtained together, and to the automation through their Revolution Plus system, we have managed to increase all our KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rate and consequently also the number of reviews."
