What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

I find Rebiù to be a very useful software for managing the online reputation of hospitality businesses. I tested it for responding to reviews for Club Hotel Baiaverde, a company whose online reputation I manage. It has greatly simplified my work: responses are generated quickly, with a customizable tone of voice depending on the circumstances and the content.

Answer:

The customization of responses, the ability to create different ones for the same review, and the timely suggestions. I recommend it to all entrepreneurs who want to stand out for their professionalism in their interactions with customers

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I highly recommend adding the software to your list of essentials. I use it daily, at the end of the day, to respond to the various reviews received on the reputation profiles from the previous day. The response from management is as important as the reviews themselves (provided it is timely, personalized, and addresses the facts).
