I can't imagine going back! Accounts payable (AP) has transformed from a chore into a breeze for me. When you really consider it, the time commitment for processing each individual invoice can accumulate to 4 or 5 minutes. Reeco helps our clients more efficiently process their invoices using a sophisticated AI engine to handle GL coding and data capture. In addition, they offer a great procurement tool to help with purchasing, receiving and inventory management.

Answer:

What differentiates Reeco is their ability to be a one stop shop for a multitude of features that often times require multiple vendors to accomplish. They handle the up front invoice automation piece and combine that with a powerful procurement process to integrate your purchasing and receiving. They also handle the inventory tracking and recipe management to get real-time food cost.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Consider the full spectrum of services that Reeco offers across the procure-to-pay process. Partial solutions often only solve one part of the problem and can be costly requiring integrations with multiple systems.
