What do you like most?
Ease of applying invoices and data collection is awesome. My customer experience manager is Loreli and she reaches out often to ensure I am satisfied with their service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't believe anything is needed. they provide great service. Sometimes the logo on accounts is the wrong logo. I can see how this may happen with some names being similar.
