I've known Cam for many years. He and the Aptech team are solid, genuine, and authentic thought & data solution partners. Aptech is able to leverage their many years of experience to bring about the best outcomes for their customers in data benchmarking.
As an Integration Partner with Aptech, we are very pleased with their API-based integration layer. The company is also very flexible and easy to work as evidenced by the modifications made to their API to support Base64 encoded invoice images.
It's a pleasure working with Aptech on our common accounts and look forward to continued success.
Aptech provides its users with a easy to use, hospitality software which simplifies accounting, forecasting and budgeting. We have been partners with Aptech for going on two decades, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Extremely easy to work with and very professional.
We have worked with Aptech for over a decade and find their business intelligence and financial accounting software are very full-featured and sophisticated, our mutual clients have been very happy with the products.
They offer a very robust system coupled with a comprehensive set of features designed specifically for the hospitality industry. Their software is user friendly and I have never had any issues with it. The fact that they are constantly adding new features doesn't hurt either. Really great product!

All data is not created equally. Cam/Aptech understand, service, manage and support the nuances of robust data sets and the results yielded; from import/export, data sanitation, file structure, and data triage.
The current integrations in place require minimal oversight post implementation compared to other solutions. All necessary data is synced, which protects the integrity of the data. Also, their API is well documented.
What makes Aptech different from other partners is their communication and trust. Being that they recommend us to provide their customer with compatible products, they put their trust in us every day to make good on their recommendation.
It is the depth of the product, the knowledge of the staff and the quality of their support services that help Aptech stand out. Whenever there was a client request for assistance or enhancement, Aptech is always quick and professional in addressing the client's needs.
Amazing support! They are always ready to hop on a call right away whenever I have a question. They've never let me down and they are also willing to add new features if it will make their product better. Plus, they have killer webinars and organize amazing in person events.
