This platform truly excels in its simplicity, clean design, and intuitive interface. From the moment we implemented it, the ease of navigation and minimal training required have made it a seamless fit for our team. New members can onboard quickly, saving valuable time and allowing us to focus on higher-priority tasks. One of the standout features is the platform's robust competitive marketplace, which ensures access to consistently competitive pricing. This capability has given us a significant advantage, enabling cost efficiencies while maintaining a strong position in a dynamic market. The marketplace alone is a powerful tool for improving procurement strategies and achieving tangible savings. Additionally, the platform's real-time data capabilities are nothing short of game-changing. With instant access to accurate, actionable insights, I can confidently make informed decisions on the fly. This immediacy not only supports day-to-day operational needs but also enhances our ability to plan strategically and adapt quickly to evolving business demands. This combination of transparency, efficiency, and intelligence makes the platform an indispensable tool for driving superior outcomes.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

While the platform has been a game-changer in many respects, there are a few areas that could be further enhanced. Currently, some functions still need to be performed on the legacy platform, but I’m pleased to see that this is on track to be resolved by early 2025. The existing Excel and exportable reporting features are practical and meet basic needs, but there’s an opportunity to go further. Adding more real-time visualisations and interactive dashboards would significantly enhance data accessibility and help drive faster, more strategic decision-making. These advanced visual tools would not only simplify data interpretation but also empower users to uncover insights more intuitively. Finally, an upgraded budgeting module with expanded capabilities would be a fantastic addition. Features such as advanced scenario planning, dynamic forecasting, and integration with other financial tools would take our planning processes to the next level, helping align our financial strategies more closely with organisational goals.
