Once I learned the navigation, the ability to use M3 has been quite simple. I've utilized Sage Intacct and MineralTree, and I have found M3 to be compatible. Posting is quick and simple. One thing I was able to learn from the help desk was how to delete a document. That has been extremely useful.

Check numbers and invoice numbers should be searchable without without having to pull up vendors. Reporting in my AP version isn't very useful when it comes to seeing how much was spent in a certain fiscal period. I know our financial director has the ability, and maybe it's simply something tht needs to be turned on for me, but it would eliminate the need for coworkers to have to bother him when they need to know more about their budgets. The AP manual I downloaded was almost useless. Step by step instructions on how to do certain aspects would be incredibly advantageous. This seems to be a major downfall in everything I've trained in since all manuals were moved to online only (not just M3). I dislike that once an invoice has been posted that absolute no changes may be made to the item except voiding. I would love notes about what will show up on a check before it's ever created. I learned the hard way what "Legal" meant regarding what would show up on my checks. My biggest frustration is that there are MANY times I'm unable to attach my documents. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. I'd also like to know how to create recurring invoices, but I haven't taken the time to look it up. I hope it's easier to find than other directions I've looked for. It would be helpful to be able to add notes to an invoice after it's posted, too. There are times we discover issues with an invoice after it's posted or paid. Being able to add notes to a vendor or invoices would be valuable. The notes section on the vendor is way too small. I'd like to be able to add up to 1000 spaces in the notes field.
